We are a small family business. Woodcarving and woodworking have been a passion for almost 40 years.

In 1992 we started our marine woodworking and sign business in the San Francisco Bay area. Then to find a slower pace, we relocated to Iowa and opened an antique store and wood shop in 1999.

Lynn does the carving and woodworking and Paula does the finishing and gilding. We use only the finest materials and select hardwoods, adhesives and coatings which have proven themselves in the extremes of the marine environment.

We carve primarily in relief (background removed) for commercial signs and generally carve incised lettering for nameboards and documentation numbers. We also do custom carving and antique restoration.
